first day of school
everyone, guess what - today was my first day at a new school.
I did make a friend- her name is Jordyn, and she is nice - but she hangs out with her other friends at lunch - they are nice, but im shy..any advice?

I suggest that at lunch try to break the ice and go up to Jordyn and her friends and first, ask if you can sit with them, then, start a conversation. Just be yourself. It's going to be hard at first. Believe me, I know from experience. Oh! And pray to god. he will always help. I will be praying for you!

You don't have to be really outgoing to make friends. Try asking Jordyn's friends what their hobbies are. You may become friends with them in no time just through that one question. Hope this helps. I'll be praying for you.

Yeah. come to think of it, it's pretty hard - i'm shy at first - to START a conversation, you'd rather have the other girl start the conversation - but if she doesn't - you do! What I normally did was start with "hi", and you must have already done that if you have already made a new friend. then I'd - if we have to do anything with a partner - ask if she wants to. and like Chea said, asking hobbies and favorite things can start with a good conversation. i'll be praying for you too.
