Gift: of Patience
I'm beginning to forget what I've posted on and what I haven't. But right now I'm going to post on patience, since it seems I don't have a lot of it lately.
People do little things, and it's just like --- aaaaaarrghhhh! Stop it!
Trust me. I know.
Aha. Don't you just love it when you're writing something and the movie that's on or TV or something says exactly the same thing? Miley {Hannah Montana} was like, "Trust me" at the exact time I wrote it. That was off topic, but hey. Patience. Anyway, you can skim over this. I can't. I have to write all these little things you don't even care about:P
Anyway. There's only one thing you can do when your patience is wearing thin like this. And that's pray and ask Jesus to give you patience. Who needs an iPod for Christmas when you can get stuff like patience?
Oh, I just had a fabulous idea. {Well, I think so.} It kinda would've worked better if I'd started this earlier, but whatever. So, you'll still be recieving gifts after Christmas. No-one's complaining, right?
Today's gift is Patience.
How do you recieve this gift?
You've gotta want it. You obviously need it.
Now you just have to ask.
dear Jesus,
Sometimes, I am really bad about being patient with people and things and time and everything.
I want to be like you. I want to learn how to deal with the situation the way You would.
I want Your patience, Jesus.
Please give it to me.
iloveYou.
My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires.
