Merry Christmas: Giving Him a Gift

It's Christmas Eve. No, there's no snow falling our the window that I can watch and smile while I drink a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows.

No. Because it's Summer.

I read the Christmas story today -- The Message version. I'd never read it in that version before, and it really was good.

And I realized something.

 Jesus is my best friend, and tomorrow is -- his birthday. And since when do we get presents on our friends birthday? Uh, we give the gift to our friend! So I've decided that this Christmas -- which is tomorrow over here -- I'll be giving Jesus the gift of me; my whole self. Just like Galations 2:20.
