Where You go, I'll go
I started year 9 yesterday. It's... interesting. Saying that their goal to make us fit would be an understatement. Anyway, we're going on a three day camp tomorrow, so... no blogging! :'( No anything, really. 'Cept becoming fit. And making new friends, hopefully.
If you girlz could just pray that we have a good time and that we have some fun, that would be great. Thankyou. :)
By the way -- has anyone read Matthew 14 yet? I read it this morning. I'm going to read it again, though.
Read any good books lately? I'm reading "Lost in Las Vegas", book 5 in the Carter House Girls series by Melody Carlson. They're pretty good, you should check 'em out.
Guitar... I haven't really practiced in a little while. Lessons start next week, though, so I should... if I can find some time. Life -- for me, anyway -- often seems busiest when it's not busy at all. Well, it sort of is busy. Now I just wish it was holidays again. Us humans are funny like that, aren't we? We never are sure what we want. The grass is greener on the other side... we're like those goats. Wow, I haven't heard that story in ages. I'm going to write it out, from memory. Here goes...
There were three billy goats. A daddy goat, the brother goat -- and the baby goat. They sat eating [grazing?] on grass, day after day. But across from them sat a field of green grass. [Genuine grass;)] Oh, how they wanted to go eat that grass! They couldn't, though. Because there was a bridge leading across, and under the bridge lived a troll... and then in turn, each of the goats -- starting with the smallest -- attempted to get past the troll, saying, "That one's bigger than me, eat him!" And in the end, the troll moved away and the three billy goats gruff lived and ate on the new, green grass.
Wow. You can tell when I started eating this ice-cream, can't you? Do you know how hard it is to write while eating an ice-cream? Incredibly. Haha, I just read back on part of this posts. How did I end up on the three billy goats gruff? ...don't you just love it when your teachers get distracted and start telling a story about something real and interesting? If you ask me, they're the best teachers. Yeah, the ones that get off track. LOL.
Heard any good music lately? I have. There's this song on the radio, and part of it goes like this.
Where You go, I'll go
Where You stay I'll stay
Where You move I'll move
I will follow You...
If you girlz could just pray that we have a good time and that we have some fun, that would be great. Thankyou. :)
