the weekend
I've just been hanging out. It's school holidays over here -- even though mine started two weeks early -- you know, that time when I was writing my book. Yeah, I haven't written for awhile, but the word count is 46,003 words. So, I've been taking photos. We went away for the weekend, and... played Monopoly. The old-fashioned version -- we had money and everything!;) No credit swiping here. And it was actually nice. Like being little again -- I was the banker. Somehow, it wasn't as appealing, having to hand everyone their money every turn. But hey, that's what you get for being the oldest, hey?;)
This is my cash -- I totally and completely dominated the third and final game of the weekend. And yes -- that 's a lot of Monopoly.
I found this post kind of funny because I CAN'T stand Monopoly:P I think I don't have the patience or attention span for it, maybe? Either way, it's fun to go back and play some of those board games you play when you're younger sometimes. :)
