it's the final month of autumn. there aren't any autumn leaves by our house so winter came a little earlier this year. it's been one of those days where the fire is on and you just look at your window and read your Bible and then flip through an old diary and smile about how God was with you when you hardly even knew who He was.

there are so many promises in the Bible. too often, we plunge forward, convinced we've got to fix things for ourselves. so sure that we've got it worked out; we're in control. 

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

I wonder what would happen if I didn't worry about anything. If I prayed about everything. If I told God what I need and thanked Him for all He's done.
